Applying made easy

CITB-ConstructionSkills provides the best practical support to make everything as simple as possible. We can help with costs and advice by assigning one of our apprenticeship officers to make it as easy as possible.

Becoming an apprentice is simple:

Step 1

Take a look through the job roles and decide which apprenticeship you'd like to do, then fill in the application form.

Step 2

The next step is to attend our Skills Learning Exercise assessment, which you will be invited to. This will give you the opportunity to talk to your apprentice officer about the different options.

Step 3

Once you have successfully passed the assessment you can start applying for apprenticeship vacancies with construction companies.

CITB-ConstructionSkills do not offer employment, but we will offer you guidance about looking for work and notify you of any vacancies that we know about.

Once a construction company offers you an apprenticeship you can get on with earning and learning.
