What advice would you give to prospective students?
There are not many new people coming into this type of work, so there will always be a job available. You do need patience for conservation work. It challenges one's mind doing this sort of work.
Good bits about your job?
To see a job through to its finish. You get satisfaction from that.
Why did you choose your career?
Building was in my family. I helped my father and then went to college where I learn a range of craft skills.
