What are the good bits about your job?
It's great to be outside when everyone else is stuck inside.

What do you think about the national construction college?
The College has helped me to learn about all the regulations and get the qualifications. Without the College I don't think I'd be doing this. Nine out of ten jobs ask for the qualifications before you start. Now that I have these I am very employable.

What's it like now that you're qualified?
Now that I'm working I have more responsibility. Now I am looking after trainees and people underneath me! As long as I'm moving up and have the opportunity to keep going up - which at the moment I do - I want to keep on improving and maybe even do a bit of instruction. I want to go right to the top.
