What do you do day-to-day?
I make shop units that are free-standing or fitted to a shop interior.
What advice would you give prospective students?
As long as you're keen and willing to learn, you'll get on great.
What does the future hold?
I've just started an HNC course. Following that and after some experience I hope to move into the management side of construction.
Why did you choose this career?
I have always been interested in woodwork since a young age and chose shopfitting as it's really varied. I did work experience for the company that I now work for and really enjoyed it - so I stayed!
