Every project is started for a reason and leads to a construction project just waiting for you to get stuck into! This could mean a doctors surgery updating it's facilities to provide better healthcare, a housing department looking for suitable accommodation for new families or a top department store opening a new branch and wanting to make an impression, like Selfridges, in the Bullring in Birmingham. This initial proposal gets passed on to the Project Team, made up of the planners and designers, and the architects and architectural technicians. They will speak to the client to figure out exactly what they want and explore the possibilities.
